The St. Regis Florence, Florence

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were beyond spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring a lovely French balcony and stunning views overlooking the river. The service was exceptional, with staff being incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right on the Arno River and within easy walking distance of all attractions. However, the dining experience, although outstanding, was the only area that could use a slight improvement. Overall, a luxurious stay with great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate with a lovely view overlooking the river, tastefully decorated, and spacious enough to easily accommodate our family with a rollaway bed for our child. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and always eager to assist within minutes. The location was ideal, right by the river and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Florence. The dining experience was exceptional, especially on the terrace level with a beautiful view of the ballroom. The facilities were fantastic, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

I was blown away by the stunning view of the River Arno right from my room. The bed was so comfortable, providing the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring the city. Although I had dreams of indulging in the big specialty suites, the beauty and comfort of my room made me forget all about them.
